Dear Friend
He goes to sleep each night not knowing if he'll wake up with a mother, he wakes up in the morning and the first thought that hits his mind, the very thought that darkens his day and haunts his dreams is of the unbareable burden he has to carry. A burden no adult much less a child should have to bare. If you have experienced a loved one going through a terminal illness, well then you know how it feels. But if you haven't than you cannot possibly imagine what it is like.
Many of these families besides having to deal with the illness of a parent need to deal with monetary issues as well as a children missing the support and guidance from they're mother or father that is so crucial for a kid of any age.
Chai4ever is an amazing organization that steps in, and although no one can ever replace a parent they do the utmost to relieve some of the unbelievable stress that these families go through.
This summer I have the privilege to work for this fantastic organization as a counselor in their camp. To give these kids the experience they deserve and desperately need is a costly venture without taking into account that many of these families are dealing with financial stress and are not able to afford camps this summer. I am determined to assure that every child should have the opportunity to be part of this experience. So please donate to chai4ever and allow every kid a chance to truly live.
